The Manual Handling Assessors/Instructors Training is assessed in 2 parts: 

• A short test paper, in which candidates must provide answers to demonstrate what they have learned. 

• A practical assessment, in which candidates will plan and deliver a lesson to demonstrate that they can instruct effectively.
