With over 15 years of industry experience, it would almost be easier to list the courses Janieta hasn't studied, rather than the ones she has. She's completed five NEBOSH Certificates, as well as the NEBOSH International Diploma, in addition to a range of IEMA and IOSH training courses.

With this breadth of knowledge Janieta has spent her career helping organisations achieve high health and safety standards in all areas. For almost 8 years she worked as a Lead Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager, before spending another 7 years as a trainer, delivering the health and safety training courses she studied earlier in life.

Janieta currently leads Phoenix's Study Support service in South Africa, though also assists the UK team, helping students everyday. Whether it be breaking down tricky content or giving advice the day before an exam, Janieta uses her expertise to great effect, giving Phoenix students the guidance and confidence needed to perform at their best.
