Coming from a health and safety management background, Emma is a Lead Advisor on the Study Support team. Prior to her time as a Support Advisor, Emma spent four years as a trainer delivering health and safety courses. As a result she's familiar with every aspect of the student experience, as well as the requirements of health and safety legislation for organisations.

She's studied an array of courses and qualifications, including the NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Diploma, as well as Phoenix's suite of IOSH and short training courses.

Emma specialises in providing guidance on the NEBOSH Diploma, assisting students as they study one of the most challenging qualifications in the industry.
